2 Principle of the system

II. System Structure
The system is made up of three parts, such as external cartridge (ink bottle), hose and bracket, inner cartridge (ink sac) and so on.
1. Outer cartridge
The outer cartridge is a large capacity ink container that is placed outside the printer and is usually molded from plastic injection molding. The external cartridge capacity is larger, usually each color is above 100ml, also has specially prepares for the home user small capacity to connect the system, outside the cartridge each color capacity is approximately 50ml. The outer cartridge is usually provided with a ink hole to facilitate the addition of ink, there is also a vent hole to maintain the pressure balance inside and outside the container. In order to avoid these problems, usually require the outside cartridge ink liquid surface to be slightly lower than the printer nozzle, but with the consumption of ink, the ink cartridge inside the liquid surface will continue to decline, which requires timely adjustment of the height of the outer cartridge, or at any time to add ink, in order to solve this problem, many manufacturers are on the outside of the cartridge design voltage regulator device, such as some manufacturers use the spring, and some manufacturers use the principle of atmospheric pressure in the ink cartridge to add a balance between the automatic pressure, so that you can maintain a constant liquid level. The use of an automatic pressure regulator outside the cartridge is called the constant pressure cartridge, it can be directly fixed on the printer shell, moving up is also very convenient.
2. Hose
Hose also known as the pipe, it is the outer cartridge to the inner cartridge to carry ink pipeline, it is actually a group of siphon, the external cartridge and the ink cartridges in accordance with the color of one by one connected together, for the convenience of walking line, hose is usually 4 or 6 sticks into a row, hose may also have a variety of brackets or fixed blocks to facilitate installation fixed. In addition, some manufacturers also add the ink control valve on the hose to control the ink switch and flow size.
3. Inner Cartridge
The cartridge inside the printer is called the inner cartridge, and its size and shape are similar to that of the original cartridge, which can be installed in the printer's ink car to replace the original cartridge (also useful for the original cartridge modified in the inner cartridge). The inner cartridge cannot be used universally, and a specific model of the inner cartridge can only be installed in a specific type of printer.
Inside the ink cartridges in the system is a very important part, not only to ensure the continuous and smooth ink supply, but also to eliminate the phenomenon of ink leakage, which is the design and production of ink cartridges. III. System Ink
There are many kinds of ink, and there are two main types of ink:

3, conductivity:
In ink, the conductivity value is used to reflect the level of salt content. In general, the salt content can not exceed 0.5%, in order to avoid the formation of crystallization in the nozzle, AJ ink salt content is less than 0.3%.
4. Dispersing Agent:
A kind of surfactant, its function mainly is to improve the ink surface physical properties, enhance the affinity and wettability of the ink and sponge. So generally through the sponge storage, conductive ink contains dispersants.

IV. Installation of the connecting system
1,Pre-installation Printer test
(1) Test whether the printer is working properly, check the mechanical state of the ink car and lubricate the condition.

3. If the test is not normal before the installation, that is, for the printer itself, please contact the seller or after-sales service department of the printer to solve the problem after you install this product.
II. Installation method
1. Straighten out the continuous ink system to guide the ink tube, the external cartridge storage bin to the lower level to eliminate the balance of air. (a pen can be padded below to ensure the level of the air compartment)
2. Erect the outer cartridge, open the inlet cover, install the air filter.
3. Press the printer to change the ink key, when the ink car moved to replace the cartridge location, unplug the power cord, remove the original cartridge. Streamline the guide ink tube, install continuous ink cartridges, cover the ink cartridge gland. (Note: Some models of printers, such as C63, R210 can be removed from the cartridge lid.) )
4. Remove the bracket in the attachment, set the printer in an appropriate position, move the ink back and forth, adjust the length of the cartridge pipeline. Ensure that the printhead is not obstructed within the range of motion. Find the most suitable position of the bracket, tear the adhesive on the bracket and fix the bracket. 5. After checking, plug the printer power, press the ink-exchange key to reset the printer, check the length of the guide ink tube, then enter the printer nozzle check option, print nozzle test line to see if normal, such as normal printing. III. Considerations
1. This system uses the constant pressure system, must maintain the outer cartridge balance cartridge ink liquid noodles or more than 1.5cm.
2. Please keep the external box of the system and the printer on the same desktop.
3. Please select the company's special matching inks, the ink is carefully developed, rigorous testing after the selection. The ink can be used with the system to achieve the best printing effect.
4. Please install in strict accordance with the operating procedures: First take off the air intake Konseizo after the installation of cartridge. So as not to cause bad printing.
5. Please note the ink in the outer cartridge, if the liquid surface and the bottom only 1.5cm, please add ink in time. After adding ink, the air inlet ink liquid surface height should not be greater than 1.0cm, otherwise it will affect the pressure.

V. System Exhaust
First step: From the printer to take out the ink cartridges, together with the entire set of ink bottles to take out, placed on the same level, and then turn over the cartridge, let the ink mouth up, and then use the object slightly up the ink cartridge out of this end, that is, cartridge ink in the bottom, sponge warehouse on. Note that there is enough ink in the ink bottle.
The second step: here to give the blue ink cartridge exhaust As an example, unplug the blue ink bottle blowhole filter, find a medical 20-30 ml syringe, unplug the needle, pull up the piston, and then put the syringe outlet into the ink bottle blowhole, the purpose is to be pumped from the blowhole.
The third step: to find a medical 20-30 ml syringe, the needle does not need to be pulled out, the piston does not have to pull up, and then put the needle nozzle in the blue cartridge out of the mouth of the sponge, the purpose is to smoke from the ink out of the mouth.

This will prevent the cartridge from moving even higher and lower when the connection is moved, resulting in an imbalance in the supply of gas and internal pressure.
