When do the cleaning work ,please be careful not to wipe the area around the gear, the print head and cartridge, do not move the print head, also cannot use diluent, gasoline and other volatile liquid.

In addition, the nozzle cleaning do not use hand to do it as far as possible ,the best way is to make use of the software control system to do the print head cleaning procedures, especially after adding ink, be sure to clean the print head and prevent two kind of ink mixing and coagulation.

In addition, if there was occurring a strip printing speckle, color print quality loss, it also need to clean the nozzle. If the block is relatively serious, you need to clean the nozzle with a syringe, constantly pull pressure device, let the high speed air flow cleaning nozzle.

Inkjet printer can't be idled for a long time, because every spray , there is always residual ink on nearby; if do not often use inkjet printer, ink will gradually be condensed, causing nozzle clogging; If use frequently, this problem will solved for new ink in the ink cartridge would wash away the last remaining ink.

You should better switch on at least once a week. When printer is starting up,it will do preheating and nozzle cleaning program automatically, while the ink drops attached on the nozzle can be dropped out, avoid the drops to stay for a long time on the nozzle. A nozzle check can effectively detect the usage of the nozzle.

In fall and winter because the day is cold, lubricating oil is easy to get solidification, combined with the daily dust which will continually hit guide bar. Over a long time in the winter, there is likely to come up head-hitting phenomenon. If you want to avoid this kind of circumstance happening, best way is to add a few drops of precise lubricating oil on the guide bar, and try to leave some impurity removal of guide bar on the original.
