1. Make sure that the filling ink cartridge is intact;

2. Try to use high quality original ink to fill which should be compatible for your inkjet printer.(Epson original ink for F6280)

3. When filling ink into cartridge, you should be carefully about the right amount;

4. When finish filling, it is better to wait for a while to let the ink gradually permeate into the every corner of the rubber cushion. This can slowly to ensure that the final print quality and avoid re-printing of the non-ideal effect.

5. When there is a need to refill ink into cartridge, the correct way is: Before adding ink, jet water into ink cartridges with a syringe; try not to let the water overflow, and gently shaking a few times, so that the residual ink could be fully dissolved in the water. If shake with too much force, there would occur liquid overflow, dry it with a paper towel or cloth in time, in case to cause hardware failure and circuit board; then repeatedly pump for several times until see the pumped liquid color is light ,then wash ink cartridge with printer's own procedures for cleaning.

To avoid long explosion of the ink cartridge to the air resulting in dry jam phenomenon, although there are ways to clean it, but it should be refilled in the cartridge immediately after the ink is going to run out ,and immediately do printing after filling ink. If the printer does not use temporarily, you can also put nozzle in the special storage box, one of the special rubber mat can cut off the air, keep the nozzle long wetting;

7. If the cartridge and print heads are integrated together, It is necessary to do something prevent the damage to the nozzle. Otherwise, once the nozzle blockage or damage, ink cannot be used repeatedly.

In addition, in the process of frequent use, nozzle may be clogged by splashed- back paper fiber, which would lead to the bad effect of nozzle output, if there must be some waste of ink. Regular nozzle cleaning is also very necessary.
